额定电压的300/500v是什么意思

具体到以下问题Can he use the SY cable – in this case the 4 core 6 mm sq  on 415 V multiphase ? 客户想问4core ×6 mm sq 能否用在415v 的多相电中（规格书300/500v）?

自己查到的一些资料，供大家参卡， 以300/500V为例

rated voltage U。（300V）---the power-frequency voltage to earth for which the cable is designed 额定电压U。是电线跟地面的电压

rated voltage U (500V)----- the power-frequency voltage betwwen conductors for which the cable is designed 额定电压U是导体之间的电压

　额定电压是电缆结构设计和电性能试验用的基准电压。

额定电压用UO /U表示，单位为V。
　UO为任一绝缘导体和“地”（电缆的金属护层或周围介质）之间的电压有效值。
　U为多芯电缆或单芯电缆系统任何两相导体之间的电压有效值。
　当用于交流系统时，电缆的额定电压应至少等于使用电缆系统的标称电压。该条件均适用于UO和U值。当用于直流系统时，该系统的标称电压应不大于电缆额定电压的1.5倍。
