职位：工艺工程师
Responsibilities：
- Production introduction, including follow up product print, BOM, ERP/SAP System, material
- Assure required processes are followed. Support and coordinate, in site, the transfer of New Products from Development to Manufacturing.
- Implement manufacturing process modifications for fiber cable assembly; specifies the different stages needed for an optimal balance and continuous flow of production; provide training to operators and engineering according to product general and particular characteristics.
- Continuously improve the manufacturing process. Focus on Safety, Quality and Cost.
- Provide technical training and support within the plant. Consistently challenge status quo to ensure that department operations are technologically positioned to meet our business requirement. Take leadership role and facilitates teams in process and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support "New Product Introduction" team to provide overall technical support for developing and implementing innovative processes and technologies for fiber cable assembly.
Qualification：
- B.S. in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on manufacturing experience in fiber optic product production environment or related field
- Complete understanding of all equipment and their operation related to fiber optic manufacturing specifications
- Broad understanding of fiber optic technology
- Knowledge of Polisher, interferometer and optical testing equipment is preferred
- Demonstrated competence in process improvement techniques such as process capability studies,FMEA,DOE's,LEAN Manufacturing techniques and probability& statistics.
- Strong Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, and industry specifications
- Excellent English communications skills (oral & written)
- Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, CAD, project management)
You will be the engineering focal point for production line issues for fiber cable products after Production Release. Use your strong application of statistical methods for validation, monitoring, and process improvement. Other responsibilities include project management for capital equipment upgrades and replacements, as well as validation of existing processes and equipment. You will work closely with new product development engineering during pilot phase of projects to ensure a timely production release.

Salary： 6K-8K/M
