Job Responsibility:
-Implement strategic sourcing plan for wire, cable, and connectivity products from local supply market.
-Communicate with sales & marketing, identify localization opportunity and drive NPD project progress. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional business team environment.
-Manage RFQ on a daily basis.
-Identify and develop capable supplier with competitive cost and high quality.
-Negotiate Price, T&C and Purchase Contract with supplier in long term partnership.
-Coordinate with QA Engineer on the selection or qualification of new supplier as per outsourcing procedure.
-Streamline the purchasing process, and continuously monitor and improve supplier's performance on OTD, quality and responsiveness by regular evaluating on the performance of suppliers.

Other Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Purchasing, candidate with cable & connectivity knowledge is preferred.
-At least 3 years of working experiences in Sourcing, Purchasing or Supply Chain in a multinational company.
-Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking; must have CET-4 or higher qualification in English.
-Ability to read and understand bills of material and other technical as well as knowledge on commercial documents.
-Excellent negotiation skills, good understanding of outsourcing process,
-Self driven and pro-active, good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Can Travel.
