最小厚度的测量要依据条款4.1.4.1来进行。当分相绞合的导体小于1.09mm时，测量时可以选用micrometer microscope 的方法来进行，0.08mm应该加到测量值里面（应该是作为一种公差）。但是对紧压绞合导体，及有隔离带的导体，或测量（含有）绝缘带厚度的地方，则不能把0.08mm加上。
