2、 产品说明
电线电缆用辐照交联聚氯乙烯绝缘料是以聚氯乙烯树脂为基料,加入增塑剂、稳定剂、颜料等助剂,经混合、塑化、造粒而制得的粒状料。产品系列化:可增加不同硬度、耐侯耐紫外线、环保(RoHs、 PAHs、无DOP、无氯化烷烃、无邻苯类等)、亚光雾面、耐低温、耐PS/ABS迁移、防鼠咬、防白蚁、透明等各种特殊性能。
ⅱ、Irradiation cross-linked PVC insulating compound for wires and cables, based on PVC resin ,is made into granula by mixing, plastification and granulation with adding plasticizer, stabilizing agent, pigment and etc .The products meet various special requirements,such as different hardness,Uv stable,enviroment friend (RoHs,PAHs,DOPfree,chlorinated alkanes free,phthalate free,and ect.) sub-shine and fog surface,low temperature resistant ,PS/ABS transfer proof,rodent-repellent,termite-repellent,and tansparent,and etc.
3、加工工艺
采用一般挤出机加工,L/D≥20。
ⅲ、Processing:
It is recommended that compound should be processed with common extruder having a minimum L/D ratio of 20.
推荐挤出机各区点设定温度如下:

4、储存与运输
包装:25kg一袋,聚乙烯薄膜内袋,牛皮纸复合袋外包装。
运输与储存:电缆料在运输过程中不应受日晒雨淋,应储存在清洁、阴凉、干燥、通风的仓库内。
ⅳ、Storage and transport
Packaging:25kg/bag, PE membrane inside bag and Kraft outside bag.
Storage and transport: Avoiding in direct sunlight and weathering. The storage place should be in clean, cool, dry, and ventilated conditions.
