图片传不上去，是单芯的EPR绝缘，带内外屏蔽，再外层是两层屏蔽，猜测是铜丝编织加半导电包带？？？外层为红色CR护套！

我的翻译：中心导体为：绞合镀锡铜线，导体外面屏蔽一层绕包带，外挤出EPR绝缘；再屏蔽一层与内导体屏蔽材料一样的绕包带；镀锡铜丝同向编织绕包屏蔽(编织机上可以生产)；最后橡胶外护套
