Investigation Result:The defective part described in the quality report is the twin conductor flat wire. During extrusion, one of the two conductors was discontinued due to the feeding rod broken. The failure was detected and the machine was brought down to stop. 对国外客户， 最重要的不只是调查报告，而是整改措施。如果你们不能改进设备，提高质量控制水平，上面讲的只是空话。所以，你的回复一定要加上整改措施。要不就等着你的客户换供应商吧。顶！是实话！其实不用这样老老实实回复，一般要少说主观原因（认为），想想有没有什么客观原因可写（其实是可编），怎样找客观原因就要懂点脑筋啦，呵呵！ 但最重要的还是corrective actions(矫正措施）。投诉是很恼火的，慢慢来！
