Job Responsibility:
-Perform quality assurance and management regarding the outsourcing procedures, and satisfy the project demands.
-Conduct supplier audit, do evaluation of potential new suppliers' quality performance capability.
-Carry out regular audit on approved suppliers, to ensure continued compliance with ISO and optimized quality management system.
-Approve the first article package.
-Manage the products inspection, define, plan, and conduct the product quality inspection, according to the Purchasing Specification.
-Manage the test functions, define test plan, arrange 3rd party laboratory testing, analyze and evaluate the testing results.
-Take charge of customer complaint. Take the lead of quality investigation and discussion between customer and supplier, satisfied customer with a fast response and good solution.
-Daily quality assurance of mass production by reviewing supplier test reports, take the lead to review nonconformance, ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
-Continuously improve the quality management system, procedures of the team. Provide supplier quality data and quality report to the Sourcing Supervisor monthly, push and drive supplier to meet quality requirements.

Other Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Cable, Quality Management, etc.
-At least 3 years working experience of quality in manufacturing industry, quality management, quality assurance, performing audits, dealing with suppliers.
-Solid knowledge of quality management tools, very familiar with ISO9000 quality systems. Basic knowledge of Six Sigma, Quality Control tools.
-Experiences in cable, wire, and connectivity business are preferred.
-Good written & spoken in English, must have CET-4 or higher; good communication skill, be able to work with global and cross functional teams.
-Can travel.
