各位大哥！小兄弟有一事相求大家给我指导；65机第三区温度在升温保温过程中很正常，设定温度为92度。一开机温度上升道100度左右，无法下降。并且显示冷却阀一直打开着。即使强行打开冷却阀循环冷却，仍然是温度无法下降。温度设定及显示是触摸屏的，采样和执行是西门子S7-300 SM331(AI8xTC)K型分度号热电偶、 SM322(DO32x24VDC)24VDC通用小型继电器接通220V冷却电磁阀线圈电源。希望能得到大哥指点。

现在发现65机转速越快温度越高大概升至110度左右，降速时温度降得很快降至45度左右。大哥们帮帮忙，给我多多的分析一下。我先谢谢你们！！！

正常现象，以为主机运转产生热量，加上最近天气本身就很热。光靠冷却风扇是不行的。

要想更好的减温效果，可以采用水冷却炮筒，这样更快，或者安装更好的风冷却系统。

谢谢你们！winter321、线线缆缆。水冷却系统没有问题，在65机转速下降时，温度下降很快。在20分钟时间内，100度左右降至50度左右。然后温度才开始慢慢上升。

另外我个人认为冷却铜管和机堂外面接触面有无关系？

如果是水冷的话，建议看看阀芯是否能够自由关闭
