[问题求助] UL2464 芯线材料问题

请教各位大侠们，UL2464对芯线材料有没有规定呀，可以用PE的吗？我司最近遇到一个问题：UL2464 2C，芯线用PVC的会和外被粘连，改为PE的不知道符不符合UL的要求，到底如何改善，还请高手赐教，谢谢了！！！！

上面对材料没有要求，只要你的芯线是你们公司有UL认证并且满足80℃/300V型号就可以了。

PE材料一般燃烧试验不会合格，所以它达不到UL标准。

楼主的问题可以在下线表面涂布硅油。

2464的線材在ul標里對耐燃有要求的.一定要達到vw-1的標準.所以用pe或pp是肯定不行的.最好還是用sr-pvc比較好.至於芯線粘在一起主要應該是你的外被od設計太大.如果不能改變od.可以采取進模.過粉.過油.或押一層中被的方式解決.外被押出時溫度不要太高.

有屏蔽吗？如果你的电线有编织屏蔽，并且编织率够大，一般绝缘用PE做，VW-1也是可以过的，因为阻燃是整体式燃烧，UL不会单单测试你的绝缘材料的阻燃

1.改变胶料硬度，用30P SR-PVC芯线料试试

2.用隔离物，如用离型剂

芯线押出时过离型剂，绝缘材料硬度加大，可解决粘连问题

PE料一般厂认证一般是80度 30V的，但是UL2464 是80度 300V的，所以正常情况下用PE料做是不行的，除非你当初有认证的80度 300V的PE料才行！粘在一起，可以过离型剂，一般都是外皮太厚所致

芯线用半硬质35P SR-pvc做,芯线需过粉或离型剂。机头离第一段水槽近点。
