[问题求助] 做好的2468铜包铝线氧化了还能用吗？

是2468 20 #一年前做好的线，现在一端打端子一端渡锡插板，焊好板后一拉，线芯就从中间断了，有氧化了的白色粉末。线还能用吗。

最先公司不懂，买了很多铜包铝，现在还有。还能用吗

铜包铝能做UL2468 20#的吗？铜包铝在UL758里面规定只可以做12#或以上的导体规格啊！

Flat Ribbon cable.

Rating

80 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame, Oil Resistant 60 deg C or 80 deg C (optional).

Conductor

32 AWG - 16 AWG solid or stranded round, tinned or bare copper.(铜)

Insulation

PVC, 15 mils min average, 13 mils minimum at any point.

Assembly

Two to one hundred and fifty conductors laid parallel and in one plane. Same or mixed AWG. Each conductor has a nominal 15 mils or heavier wall. This forms a flat cable with a single row of conductors having a 1/2 in. maximum width web between insulated conductors.

Optional.

Covering

(Optional) PVC, 5 mils min. at any point 80 mils max

General.

哈哈，你们偷工减料也太严重了，建议所有的线材导体不要用CCA，即使是非标线，因为很难焊锡也很容易断。品至很难保证.一般用来做个编制和缠绕和缠绕，还要在0.12以上.
