The calculation method of the offset of the wire’s conductor’s center

Definition:

The offset —— conductor’s center deviating to insulation’s center.

Lack of impartiality the degree——minimum insulation the thickness( Min) with biggest insulate the thickness( Max)'s per cent specific value.

Be had by diagram:

Min+R2+O1O2=R1           (1)

Max+R2-O1O2=R1           (2)

Two equation  reducing, and have to calculate the offset :

C= O1O2=( Max- Min)/2    (*)

Remarks: This method does not need the center of the certain circle, and only need to be measured with tool microscope out to insulate the thickness biggest and worth and minimum worth.
