按照GB/T:12706.1-2020,附录1里面的介绍,算一下护套厚度,但是跟别人算出来有出入,望指导。下面是我的算法。
举例1:YJV-1kV-4*150
1.导体假设直径:查表得150假设直径=13.8mm
2.绝缘线芯假设直径:绝缘线芯假设直径=13.8+2*1.4=16.6mm
3.缆芯直径:4芯缆芯直径=2.42*16.6=40.172mm,修约=40.2mm
4.外护套厚度=0.035*40.2+1.0=2.407,修约=2.4
举例2:YJV22-1kV-4*150
1.导体假设直径:查表得150假设直径=13.8mm
2.绝缘线芯假设直径:绝缘线芯假设直径=13.8+2*1.4=16.6mm
3.缆芯直径:4芯缆芯直径=2.42*16.6=40.172mm,修约=40.2mm
4.内衬层:缆芯直径>40mm,内衬层=40.2+2*0.6=41.4mm
5.铠装层:铠装前外径为30-70之间,钢带厚度取0.5mm,铠装层=41.4+4*0.5=43.4mm
6.护套厚度:=0.035*43.4+1.0=2.519,修约=2.5mm
