Cable instructions
1. Cables must be loaded and unloaded with cranes or lifting equipment, and cable cars must be used during installation. It is strictly forbidden to use manual or mechanical power to pull the cables to avoid damage to the cables by external forces.
2. When the cable reel rotates, it must be rotated in the direction indicated by its arrow, and it is strictly forbidden to reverse.
3. When the cable is installed in parallel with the heating pipe, a distance of more than 2m must be maintained, and a distance of more than 0.5m must be maintained when crossing. When the cable is installed parallel to or crossed with other pipes, a distance of more than 0.5m must be maintained. When the cable is directly buried, the cable laying position should be checked. There should be no scattered stones or other debris that may damage the cable sheath in the cable trench. The depth of the cable should not be less than 0.7m, and there should be left every 100 meters. Shrink the space to prevent thermal expansion and contraction from damaging the cable.
4. The cable laying temperature is not less than 0℃, and the cable bending radius must be greater than or equal to 20 times the cable diameter.
5. There should be no accumulation of water in all laying sites to prevent water from entering the cable during the laying and operation of the cable and affecting the normal use of the cable.
6. If the cable cannot be laid in time for some reason, it must be stored in a dry place to prevent short circuit or aging of the cable caused by exposure to the sun or water in the cable head.
