pull test：
pre-conditioning ： storage at -40℃ for 24 hours，and then aiiow to stabilize at room temperature for 1.5hours before stressing。
static load：27N（2.7Kg）applied at 15cm from the SR（strain relief）
positions：8 positions located 45° apart
duration： 1 minute per position
