1、 导体用量
单支:W=π×d2/4×ρ (kg/km)
绞合:W=π×d2/4×λ×N×ρ (kg/km)
直放:W=π×d2/4×N×ρ (kg/km)
π:圆周率
d:导体直径 (mm)
N:导体根数
λ:绞合系数 λ=1+(π*d1/H)2
各类不同线材的绞合系数:
1、普通A/V线的绞合系数:λ=1.02
2、喇叭线的绞合系数: λ=1+(π*d1/H)2 ,λ1=1.05;λ2=1.02;只有一次绞合的λ=1.02
3、UL线材和其他线材的绞合系数: λ=1.025 (绞合节距按照 D1的20倍设计)
其中: H为绞合节距 单位:mm d1为绞合后基圆直径 单位:mm
