No suffix - UL Listing or Classification
Suffix “2” - UL Recognition
Suffix “3” - UL Unlisted Component
Suffix “7” - C-UL Listing or Classification
Suffix “8” - C-UL Recognition
Suffix “9” - C-UL Unlisted Component
“Generic” CCN – for project without existing CCN applicable to the product., which consist of AAA or AA followed by one or two alpha character other than “A”; e.g. AAAE.
例如ELBZ/7这个是意思是这个电源线产品是UL LIST的产品,可以直接在市场上买到.同时也有加拿大CUL的认证.
ELBZ2/8这个是意思是这个电源线产品本省不完整,固定使用在成品上,消费者不可以在市场直接购买到.
ELBZ3/7这个比较神秘啦.比如我是做电饭保,要买电源线,可是我们的供应商又没有认证,怎么办?那我要买他的便宜货我就拿来自己做认证.就叫Unlisted Component.

这位兄弟解释得很贴切，简单就是UL对于每个产品都会有相对应的标准，标准下面还有相对应的CCN（产品目录）
以下供参考
