请问测试过程中出现衰减在中间一段频率不合格是什么原因造成的, 是线材本身的问题?还是在成品加工过程中 造成的?如是成品加工过程中哪个环节出了问题?

guys, i quickly review the screen shot as your provide,the key issue should be the wrapped the foil process problem,
please take cere of the extension force while the wrap the al/my,you also untwist the foil and test attenuation again maybe the issue will be solved.

这个是成品测试，线材部分应该是有那么一点偏差了；
不过这种情况多半是加工的SR部分及充胶部分加剧了。为什么呢？？
因为只有在中间部分区域出现了较明显的突变！！

对绞没问题的话，就是在做集合的时候绞矩太小，或者眼膜的选取太小造成过度挤压！

我倒是认为，是后段加工的问题。你测的是成品。线材应该没有问题
