从来没有实践过滑动式拉丝机的配模,现在设备厂家提供了常见规格的1.5mm2、2.5mm2、4mm2、6mm2配模表,我当时没有考虑到出模后退火铜线软化被拉细4~5um问题,所提供的厂家的尺寸偏小了。现在我按放大的尺寸重新配模并和厂家的配模表比较,请大家帮助指出不足之处。

我还想请教一下2.52mm的圆铜线配模表,我配的会不会太离谱,东佳港的设备最后定速轮的速比变化范围是1.05~1.26,我用到了1.25,是不是太大了,请大家指教。

配模还是要靠自己的,特别是细节调整,如果你的设备连产家标准配置的模具都不能顺利生产,那就真有问题了。。

说我是东佳港的托,倒是抬举我了!说实话我不对大拉机了解较少,东佳港的拉丝设备在我心目中并没有多高的地位,要我是老板我就不选它了(我特别奇怪的就是这家设备铜铝拉丝机的传动配比完全是一样的,这样制造当然好——通用,可是铜铝材料拉丝特性应该有所区别吧?我看到合肥神马的铜大拉传动配比就和这家完全两样)。我发这个帖子是因为铜拉买的聚晶模,一整套下来估计比较贵。而且我也从书本还有网上看了不少拉丝方面的文章,强调要低滑动配模,减缩能源消耗和设备及模具磨损;可是这家设备的工程师就强调各道要有滑动系数要留够,不容易断线。我因为没有自己亲自实践,所以才发帖子征求大家的意见。再次强调,我对拉丝是新手,真诚地请各位前辈多多指教!

如果不是托我就多说几句,我同意楼上的观点,后一套要顺点,应该不会有问题;
你要采用聚晶模我给你个建议:
不论是哪个厂家的,你最好先借一套相近规格的模具试拉一下,设备好速比应该没问题,但东佳港的我不好说,我们自己的设备,设备制造厂家就不说了,比东佳港好,是个老牌的电工设备厂家设备,我们原来用碳化钨的,后改用聚晶模,就1台设备(有两台,不同时间采购),无论采用怎样的配模(原厂配模表、碳化钨配模(用了2年多)、其他厂同样设备配模)都是两个结果之一,拉断或压线,一开机加速就断线,一根线没拉出来,只好继续沿用碳化钨的模具,新买聚晶模也只有闲置,规格大点的该做紧压模具,规格小点的车小当中拉过线用,最后总结出来两个东西:
1.plc控制不稳定,控制有偏差;
2.电控的梯形图设计很关键,一个错误的设计将导致很多问题,类似东佳港这样的公司很难有像样的电气技术人员;
但这都是设备缺陷,改动很麻烦,也很困难;
给你的建议:
1.模具尽可能小点,即便有问题调整的余地较大;
2.采购时和厂家谈好,尽量让他们给予一定的承诺和技术支持,毕竟他们碰到的客户比你差的还有,比你糟的还有,经验是会有点的;
3.模具不能将就设备,,要有一定的裕量,否者你设备维护后会出现这套模具不能用的情况;
4.最后,建议你模具不用买太好的,可以用就行,国产聚晶(cd)即可,你的设备不是好设备,可能出现模具寿命比设备还长的事件。
