摘要:通过对远东控股集团引进德国 Troester公司最新的 500 kV 悬链式交联电缆生产线的技术特点、控制绝缘偏心的研究 ,进一步说明高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆应用悬链式 (CCV )交联工艺是完全可行的 ,其绝缘偏心控制水平甚至要好于立式 (VCV )交联工艺。

CCV和VCV的投入是完全不一样的,500kV的电缆,国内电缆厂还没有哪一家卖出1cm。
没有哪家使用单位敢用。
国内也没有几家做出500kV电缆的。

做高压电缆,我个人认为悬链要比立塔要好,因为悬链我可以在低温的情况下比较快速的生产,可是立塔如果要保证一定的速度,就必须要把楼造高.而且悬链的偏心度要比立塔的要好,悬链110和220偏心控制在2%以下还是比较轻松的
