SATA 线材在制造时SKEW很难达到要求,10ps/M.请教有何办法?
這是一個複雜的問題。你知道為什麽達不到要求10PS/M嗎?
原因如下:
1.1P之兩銅綫導體綫徑、電阻不一致;
2.1P之兩FM-PE的發泡度、外徑不一樣,雖然靜電容量一致,但導致介質常數不一樣;
3.1P之兩芯綫直放包AL時,間距不穩定,或AL包的過松,或兩張力不一致。
知道了原因,你要如何控制呢?
廠在杭州,為了剔除發泡的影響我用HDPE也試過,情況還是不理想。而且用TDR測skew時,跳動有點大。請教有什麼辦法。

好像說的不清楚.
skew 20ps/6M ?
为什么要这么严格啊,业界规范是20ps/pcs,一般应用不超过2m,所以线材控制在10ps/m Max.就OK了
