1、电缆用途
本产品适用于额定电压交流750V或直流1100V铁路信号系统轨道电路、列控自动装置和超速防护系统地面设备、计轴、车站电码化、微机联锁、计算机监测、调度集中、调度监督、大功率电动转辙机等有关信号控制装置和设备之间传输控制信息,监测信息和电能,可做为DMIS底层系统数字信息和业务电话的传输通道。
当用于ZPW—2000、UM71无绝缘轨道电路自动闭塞时,传输距离可达10km。其中内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆,对传输四线组进行了单独屏蔽(分A型、B型,结构及电缆组序排列见示意图),因而提高了电缆近端串音衰减,有效解决了在同根电缆内传输相同频率的铁路信号信息时,各传输线组之间的干扰防卫问题。达到信号系统及设备之间,同缆同数量级电平的同频信息及最高2Mbit/s数字信息传输。同时可在铁路电气化和非电气化区段使用。
本电缆除基本型外还有阻燃型、防白蚁型、耐寒型、高屏蔽型等用于特殊环境的产品。
在电缆制造工艺方面,电缆主要原材料选用与IEC国际标准规定基本一致。绝缘导电线芯采用具有国际先进水平的皮-泡-皮物理发泡三层共挤技术。

2、电缆使用特性
2.1 电缆导体长期工作温度不超过70℃;  Use of the cable
The product is suitable for signal system track circuit for railway with rated voltage AC 750V or DC 1100V, train controlling automatic equipment and ground equipment of super-speed guarding system, axle counting system, station code, microcomputer interlocking, microcomputer monitoring system, and transmitting controlling information, monitoring information or power between signal equipment and control equipment such as some high-power electro-motive switch. The cable can be served as communication channel for DMIS skeleton information, business telephone or local communication.

The cable is suitable for ZPW-2000 and UM71 non-insulated rail circuit automatic blocking system, can meet the requirement of 10km transmission. Inner screen digital signal cable for railway, make separated shielding for transmit quad group (divided into A and B type, see the cable group's arrange the sketch map in structure), so increased near-end cross-talk attenuation of cable, effectively solved interference and defend problem in transmit line groups while transmit the railway signal information of the same frequency with the one cable. It has the transmit ability of same frequency of same level in one cable and transmit up to 2Mbit/s digital information between signal system and equipment. There are flame-retardant, anti-termite, cold-resistant and high screening types cables for special environment
In manufacturing processing of the cable, the exertion of cable main material stipulates with international standards, such as IEC. Insulating core adopt with international state-of –the arts physical foamed skin-foam-skin 3-layer coating co-extruded technology.

Operating characteristics

The long-term working temperature of conductor is not more than 70℃;
 

  

 
2.2电缆使用环境温度为-40℃~60℃;

2.3电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于-10℃;

2.4敷设时的弯曲半径:塑料护套、综合护套、铝护套铁路数字信号电缆非铠装电缆应不小于电缆外径的10倍;铠装电缆应不小于电缆外径的15倍;内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆应不小于电缆外径的20倍;
2.5电缆机械强度高、防腐蚀、耐寒性能好,抗冲击力强;
2.6电缆屏蔽线组具有良好的屏蔽性能,可提高线组间的抗干扰能力。
3. 电缆施工要求
3.1电缆选用原则和敷设防护,建议参考TB 10007-99《铁路信号设计规范》、TB 10206-99
《铁路信号施工规范》;
3.2 内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆敷设防护,建议参考中国铁路通信信号集团公司信号施工工艺研究所规定的《铁路内屏蔽数字信号电缆施工工艺》。

The bending radius during installation: For non-armored digital signal cable for railway with plastic sheath, composite sheath and Al sheath, the bending radius is not less than 10 times of outer diameter of cable; For armored cable, the bending radius is not less than 15 times of its outer diameter; For railway inner digital signal cable, the bending radius is not less than 20 times of its outer diameter.

The cable has property of strong mechanical strength, anti-corrosion, cold-resistant and anti-impulse.

It has good screen performance between screen groups of cable, so the performance of anti-interference will be proved.
Cable construction requiring

The choosing principle and laying guard of the cable, please refer to TB 10007-99 “Designing Specification of Railway Signal Cable” and TB 10206-99 “Construction Specification of Railway Signal Cable”.
The laying guard of railway inner screen digital signal cable, please refer to “Construction Craft of Railway Inner Screen Digital Signal Cable” which stipulated by The Signal Construction Craft Research Institute of China Railway Communication & Signal Company.

9.1通常1000m以上长度的电缆不少于交货总数的50%,500m以下长度的电缆不超过交货总数的5%。
Cable with length 1000m and over do not less than 50% of total delivery length, and with length less than 500m not more than 5% of total delivery length.

9.2电缆长度计量误差±0.5%。
Tolerance of metering length do not exceed ±0.5%.
9.3根据双方协议,允许以任意长度交货。
   Cable can be delivered at any length by negotiation.
10、产品标记、出厂包装、运输及贮存说明 Marks, package, transportation and storage
10.1标志 Marks
在电缆外护套上印有如下标记:制造工厂名称或工厂代号;型号、规格、相邻间隔为1m的长度标志。
Each cable is marked with name of manufacturer or code of factory, type and specification on outside cable sheath, distance of length mark is not more than 1m.
在电缆盘上应标明有如下标识:制造厂名称;电缆型号、规格;长度  m;毛重 kg;出厂编号;制造日期 年 月;敷设时电缆盘旋转方向的箭头以及附有产品合格证。
There are following signage clearly marked on cable drum:
Name of manufacturer, type, specification, length m, gross weight kg, ex-work number, manufacture date, arrow showing the correct rotating direction of the cable drum, and attached quality certification.
10.2出厂包装 Package
10.2.1电缆两端头使用带胶热缩套管密封。电缆分层整齐卷绕在电缆交货盘上,外包专用塑料和竹笆。电缆盘符合JB/T 8137规定。
Special sleeves are applied for sealing of both ends of the cable. The cable is wound in good order around the cable drum, the outer package is private plastic and ferula. The cable drums satisfy the requirements as stipulated in JB/T 8137.
10.2.2电缆“A”端一般在卷绕的最外层,当B端在卷绕最外层时,电缆盘上注明“外B”字样。
 “A” end of cable is usually the outside end of package; the “B” end is allowed to be the outside of shipment, while the "outside B" is marked on the drum.
可按供需双方协商的条件另外确定包装形式。
The package form may be made by negotiation.
10.2.3运输、贮存 Transportation and storage
电缆盘应直立摆放,严禁电缆盘平放,严禁电缆受到碰撞或造成机械损伤。必须防止电缆头受潮或进水。
The cable drum should be place erectly, not flatwise, the bump or mechanical damage to the cable should be prevented. The cable should be stored carefully, avoiding the humidity and water infiltration.
