这个阻燃测试标准是根据测试线缆的直径（D）来确定燃烧时间:

我之前看错了 , 以为是燃烧时间, 以下是标准描叙的, 并没有规定火焰移开后试样停止燃烧的时间, 所有不用考虑试样上延燃的时间.
After all burning has ceased, the test piece shall be wiped clean.
所有燃烧停止后, 应将试件檫拭干净.
