the heavier jacket就该是指之前提到比较大直径的外被。
整句的意思应该指，如果你的电缆需要更大的直径才能符合表七表八，那你需要进行另外的测试。
那最薄厚度需以大直径的电缆为准。


其实你可以问UL正确的意思。

我认为heavier jacket和thicker jacket是指同一条线。只是语法上有所不同。
