5.Job Summary职位概要：

Responsible for implementation of process and product design changes to cables. 负责电缆工艺的实施和产品设计变化的实施。

6. Responsibilities职责：

(1) 负责根据标准和电缆设计要求，制定负责产品的生产工艺文件，并保证其有效性。

Compile production process documents according to standards and requirement of cables design, guarantee their effectiveness.

(2) 负责设计生产的工装和模具。

Design process equipment in production and mould.

(3) 负责新产品的开发生产，及有关工艺方面的设计和验证。

Develop and produce new products, design and check issues of process.

(4) 完成年度的工艺技术改进计划；并根据实际情况作持续改进 

Complete improving plan of process technique annually and continue improving according to situation.                       

(5) 支持分管产品的外部及内部相关NCR的关闭

Support closing NCR of inner part and external part of products.

(6) 对生产过程中遇到的工艺和质量问题进行及时有效的解决                     

Solve issues of process and quality in production timely.

(7) 工艺文件的制定和落实，充分考虑材料和生产效能，完成降耗指标

Compile and implement process documents. Considering the efficiency of material and production, meet the target of reducing energy.

(8) 参与对有关人员的培训，使工艺和质量要求能够有效实施

Train related personnel to effectively implement the requirement of process and quality.

7.Athority权力：

—Be entitled to carry on function with authorization of process manager.

—在工艺经理的授权下行使职责。

8. Qualification Requirement任职资格要

·         Education Background受教育背景: Engineering background of college degree, major in electrical insulation and cables are preferred. 工科本科毕业，电气绝缘和电缆专业优先

Working Experience工作经验: three years experience, has abundant practice experience; 三年以上的工作经验，有丰富的实践经验。

Knowledge知识：Be familiar with cables production, facilities and process; Know properties of basic materials and cables experiments;

 熟悉电缆的生产，设备和工艺流程; 了解基本的原材料性能和电缆试验等

Skill技能: English is good in Spoken & reading & written. 英语读写能力佳

Others其他: Microsoft software;CET-6,  微软办公软件，大学英语六级
